Primul proiect logistic multifuncțional din Iași, care oferă servicii integrate companiilor și colaboratorilor acestora, propus spre dezvoltare în Zona industrială a municipiului Iași. Am preluat cu incredere procesul de transformare a fostei fabrici Nicolina Iasi intr-o dezvoltare urbana originala, pentru care am propus mai multe functiuni urbanistice adaptate cerintelor pietei. Unul dintre cele mai emblematice restaurante din municipiul Iasi, refacut si modernizat conform erintelor actuale.
